Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase the products offered. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Research Use Policy and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Research-only sale

Catalog materials are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease.

Catalog, pricing, and availability

Product names, sizes, specifications, prices, promotions, and availability may change. Apex may correct errors, limit quantities, discontinue an item, or cancel an unavailable item. Educational material is general information and is not medical, veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice.

Payment and taxes

Checkout saves an unpaid order request and does not collect card or bank details. Apex separately creates and emails an invoice with payment instructions, final amounts and any applicable tax; tax is not calculated by this checkout. Payment in full must be confirmed before shipment is arranged. Stock is held for 24 hours, then must be reconfirmed before payment. Releasing stock or cancelling this Site's order does not cancel a separately created bank invoice or disable its payment link. Do not pay after cancellation or hold expiry without contacting Apex to reconfirm availability.

Orders and delivery

Apex may cancel or refund an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, address problems, inventory changes, or a legal or safety concern. Shipping times are estimates, and risk of delay may pass to the carrier after shipment.

Order communications

Apex Scientific sends order acknowledgements and invoice-ready notices by email, with private Account messages available for verified linked orders. Current customer forms do not collect phone numbers or request text consent. Automated text messaging is not available. Contact orders@shopapexusa.com for order assistance.

Changes, returns, and order issues

Order changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Because research materials require controlled handling, returns may be limited. Report damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders promptly through the contact information provided with the order confirmation.

Site use and liability

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content unlawfully. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from site use, carrier delays, misuse of products, or reliance on general educational content.
