Shipping Policy

Service area

Shipping is available to eligible addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. International destinations and U.S. territories are not currently supported.

Shipping rates

For merchandise subtotals below $200 after discounts, shipping is $15 to western states and $25 to eastern states. Merchandise subtotals of $200 or more ship free. The destination region is determined from the shipping state entered during checkout.

Which states use each shipping rate?

These are the checkout pricing zones, using state postal abbreviations.

West — $15 below the free-shipping threshold: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY

East — $25 below the free-shipping threshold: AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV

Approved local orders have no shipping charge; carrier transit estimates do not apply to local arrangements.

Processing and transit

Order processing and shipment arrangements begin only after full payment is confirmed.

Typical transit is 2–5 business days after shipment within the contiguous U.S. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas and carrier delays can take longer. The estimate begins when the package is shipped, not when an order request is submitted or an invoice is paid.

Address and tracking

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Tracking information is sent when available. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, or destination conditions.

Changes and delivery issues

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, use the contact information in the order confirmation and include the order number and clear details about the issue.
